In order to live a healthy life, it is important to exercise every day. I try to do at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. It is most important to exercise and build stamina.
I want to be a short sleeper. A short sleeper is someone who doesn't have to sleep a lot. I think sleeping time is wasted. If I were a short sleeper, I would be able to do more than ever.
I should do it too!
